RRB RPF Constable 2024: Indian Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the tentative exam dates for Railway Protection Force (RPF) Constable 2024. Candidates who are going to appear for CEN RPF 02/2024 (Constable) exam can check the exam dates from the official website rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.
A total of 4208 constable posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. The application process started on 15 April 2024 and lasted till 14 May 2024.
RRB RPF Constable 2024: Exam Dates
The official schedule states that the RPF Constable exam will be conducted from 2 March to 20 March 2025. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes, in which a total of 120 questions will be asked. Candidates will get 1 mark for each correct answer. If a question is not solved, no marks will be given on it nor will it be deducted. There will be negative marking of 1/3 marks on the wrong answer.
RPF Constable Recruitment Selection Process
The first stage will be a computer-based test (CBT), on the basis of which the candidates will be shortlisted. In the second stage, 10 times the candidates will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) based on the CBT marks. In the third stage, the shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. In the final stage, it will be ensured whether the candidates meet the prescribed physical fitness standards or not.
Important instructions for candidates
In the CBT exam, Aadhaar based biometric verification of the candidates will be done at the examination center. Candidates will have to bring the original copy of their Aadhaar card or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar. So that they can enter the examination center without any hindrance. Along with this, the admit card will be made available on the website 4 days before the exam date. While the link to download the exam city list for SC / ST candidates will be made live on the official websites of all RRBs 10 days before the exam date.
